In order to make a lasting and meaningful improvement to a business, both of these elements must work together. Without great people, the structure doesn’t work; and without great structures, the people can’t be at their best.
And so while most of our clients come to us initially with requests such as "we have an execution problem" or "we're not growing fast enough" or "we need better leadership", the approach we take is to look at the whole system that is producing these results. And while we may end up working with them on issues of strategy, leadership, culture or change, our interest is on how these issues work together to produce a shift in the system.
