Our Leadership Development practice works with different levels of your organisation to make sure people have the right capabilities, and are supported by the right culture, so that your strategy can be delivered.

Even with a clear strategy which leaders have consistently communicated, people in an organisation can still struggle to execute it. 

Research tells us this is because the organisation has some combination of capability and culture gaps that now need to be addressed. Failing to close either of these gaps will put the execution of your strategy at risk.

Capability gaps occur when, although the strategy is clear, people don’t currently have the skills they need to deliver it.

Culture gaps occur when, although the strategy is clear and people have the required skills, the current culture isn’t enabling or encouraging them to work in this way.

We work with you to diagnose the new skills and culture your organisation needs in order to deliver your strategy. You can then choose how you’d like to close these gaps.


 

There are two ways we can help you close these gaps:

Bespoke, custom programmes

These are designed specifically for your organisation and the target population(s) within it. These bespoke programmes are always delivered live and usually in person.

Licensed off-the-shelf programmes

Our four licensed programmes teach you the key skills all organisations require in order to succeed. You purchase the number of licences you need and participants complete their learning online and at their own pace.
